I was doing some research towards my summer brief for uni and i was looking at how birds have inspired fashion trends on the catwalk. Some are quite obvious where the inspiration was taken and are interpreted quite straight forward. My research was actually to do with angles and wings which then lead on to the anatomy of bird wings and how they move and how the feather lay on the wing themselves.  Bird wings are normally used in depicting the angle wings. 

I want to use this research as my inspiration for a garment or accessory to go towards my final major project in june 2012.
